Is Hold The Base free?
Yes. It is free to download and play, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
How do I install it on iPhone?
Open sempite.com/play/hold-the-base in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen from its own icon and keeps working offline after the first load.
How do I install it on Android?
Tap Download for Android, open the file when it finishes, and allow your browser to install apps if Android asks. That permission is only needed the first time.
Is it in the Google Play Store or the App Store?
Not yet. For now Hold The Base is distributed directly from sempite.com, signed by SEMPITE.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. The game saves on your device after every wave and whenever you choose Save from the pause menu. Your best score on each map is kept too.
