Someone posting every day, in your voice.

SEMPITE runs day-to-day social media for small businesses and personal brands: the content calendar, the writing, the scheduling and posting, the replies in the comments and the inbox, and a monthly report. One platform starts at $650 per month, three platforms at $1,200, managed by the founder.

Consistency is the entire job, and it is the thing owners cannot sustain while running the business. The account that posts three times a week for a year beats the account that posts eleven times in January and goes quiet, every time.

The account goes quiet the week the business gets busy.

Almost every small brand follows the same curve: an energetic month, a slow month, then silence, then a guilty burst. Audiences read that as a business that might not be open any more, and the platforms read it as an account not worth distributing. Handing the cadence to someone whose only job is the cadence breaks the cycle.

Planned, written, posted, answered, reported.

Content calendar and planning

You always know what is going out and why.

  • A monthly calendar you approve in advance
  • Cadence set per platform, not copy-pasted across them
  • Built around your launches, seasons and bookings
  • Space kept for the things that come up that week

Writing, scheduling and posting

The daily work, actually done.

  • Captions written in your voice, not generic filler
  • Hashtags, tagging and link handling per platform
  • Scheduled and posted, including weekends where it matters
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X

Community management

Replies are where the business actually happens.

  • Comments and direct messages answered on an agreed scope
  • A written escalation path for anything sensitive
  • Questions that should become leads routed to you the same day
  • Reviews and mentions watched, not just posts

Reporting that ties back to search

What SEMPITE does that a social-only agency does not.

  • A monthly report on reach, engagement and what drove it
  • Profiles kept complete and consistent as entity signals
  • Read next to your search and AI visibility, not in isolation
  • Posts that earn traffic fed into your site and blog

One platform from $650/mo · three platforms from $1,200/mo

Your voice, learned once and then kept.

We start with a short voice session and a look at whatever you have already posted, so the writing sounds like you rather than like a marketing department. You approve the first calendar, then approve by exception after that. Access is granted through Business Manager and the platform tools rather than by handing over passwords, and the accounts stay registered to you.

For owners who know they should post and know they will not.

Local businesses whose customers check the feed before they call, product brands that need the account alive between launches, and actors, musicians and artists whose next opportunity comes from someone finding them. If you want a large team producing television-scale campaigns, that is a different kind of firm. If you want the account to be genuinely, reliably looked after, that is this.

Straight answers on social management.

Do you post every day?

Cadence is set per platform and agreed up front, because daily is right for some accounts and counterproductive on others. What is constant is that the schedule you approve is the schedule that actually runs.

Do you write the captions, or do I?

We write them, in your voice, after a short session to learn how you actually talk. You approve the first month closely and by exception after that, and you can always override anything before it goes out.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

Yes, within a scope we agree in writing. Routine questions get answered, anything sensitive or anything that should become a lead gets routed to you the same day rather than guessed at.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Access is granted through Business Manager, LinkedIn page roles and the equivalent tools on each platform. The accounts stay registered to you, and access is revoked in one click whenever you want.

Does social media actually help me show up in search and AI answers?

Indirectly, and it is worth being precise about it. Posts are not a direct ranking factor, but complete and consistent profiles are among the signals search engines and AI models use to work out who you are, and content that earns links and mentions does move visibility. We report it that way rather than claiming more.

The rest of the creative work, from the same desk.

SEMPITE handles the creative side and the search side together, which is the whole point: the ads, the photography, the feed and the design are built from the same data and by the same person.
